Located in the arts precinct at Southbank, this part-time year-long program for young adults will help you enhance your musical knowledge and understanding alongside ensemble, improvisation and performance skills. Each weekly session includes a Fundamentals of Improvised Music class followed by a practical Small Ensemble session.

Gain practical experience through guided performance practice and an end-of-year public performance, learn from professional musicians and educators, collaborate with like-minded musos and have fun. If you are looking to gain practical experience on your own instrument and a newfound confidence to improvising with others, book now!

End of Semester 1 Concert will be held on Saturday 24 June in Room 216 in the Music Building Southbank.
